But......
.....I was wrong....
What I soon discovered was it's not enough to simply be talented at what you do, or be passionate about helping people (which I am!); you have to be able to market that talent to other people.
My lack of marketing know how AND CLARITY about my true value meant I was forced to watch in frustration as less talented competitors won all the business.
That's when I decided to I didn't have all the answers and there had to be a better way. So I completely immersed myself in learning everything I could about running a business. I spent a fortune on books, training, masterminds and private coaching to finally discover what truly works, and more importantly, what doesn't work.
By sharing the business lessons I've learnt (and continue to learn) through my coaching, presentations, programs and books; I have helped influence countless grow a more profitable and rewarding business.
While I'd like to tell you it came easily for me, I was far from an overnight success. It took me years to figure out the blueprint to growing a simple profitable business you actually love. Because if you don't love your small business, then what's the point? You might as well close it down and get a well paid job with less stress.
I have made heaps of mistakes and spent lots of money trying to figure out the secret to growing a simple profitable business because just like someone running a small business, I had no Manual.
My mission now is to help people, just like you, learn how to quickly and easily turn their passion and expertise into a profitable business they actually love but without having to waste valuable time and money trying to figure it all out alone, or worse, invest in strategies which simply won't work.
By drawing on the lessons from successful sporting players and teams, I've helped countless small business owners and their teams get CLEAR on how to manage their Role, Time, Business, People and Systems so they know what to do (aka The STRATEGY) and the next simple steps to achieve success (aka The HOW).
And why do I do this?
I've seen too many people disenchanted with their business because they are rundown, overwhelmed and quite frankly 'over it'. I want to show them there's a better way.
I'm driven to helping bring out the best in people so they can reignite their passion and potential by discovering what's possible.
